No, he hasn't adapted to only having one arm yet, has he? It took awhile, Vash recalls -- getting the prosthetic installed early on helped with that, especially with the difference in weight from one side of his body to the other, but there's still so much that an arm is used for in basic movement that he hadn't even thought about, until the arm was gone.
