That's just knuckle cracking -- he can't do it, his knuckles won't make that sound, but he's seen people do that in movies before. He's even seen Rem do it a time or too after typing a bunch. That's normal.

Teeth coming out isn't normal, but at least it sounds like that's the only bones that fall out of humans! ]
